Insular Sports Councillor Luis González emphasized the importance of maintaining fairness in competitions but questioned the administrative handling by the Canarian Wrestling Federation, particularly regarding four adverse analytical results reported, including two from Fuerteventura. He indicated that the lack of effective notification concerning precautionary suspensions, combined with increased tension among fans, necessitated the postponement of the final as a precautionary measure.
