Conveniently situated next to the BP station on Avenida Juan Carlos I in the bustling area of Corralejo, the new KFC opened its doors to the public on June 30th, 2023. This prime location not only provides accessibility for locals but also caters to the influx of tourists who flock to Fuerteventura for its stunning beaches and vibrant culture.

A Thoughtful Design

Spanning a total area of 258 square meters, KFC’s new outlet features an advanced interior design aimed at enhancing the dining experience. The restaurant boasts an inviting interior area of 110 square meters that accommodates up to 78 diners, all in a fully air-conditioned environment. One of the standout features is the introduction of digital menu boards, allowing customers to seamlessly order and pay for their meals.

Outdoor Dining Experience

Moreover, the establishment extends its hospitality with a spacious outdoor terrace measuring 192 square meters, which adds another 108 seats for patrons. This outdoor area presents an inviting option for those who prefer to dine in the fresh air while enjoying the beautiful Fuerteventura weather. For those driving, ample customer parking is also available, ensuring a hassle-free visit.

Franchise Goals and Expansion Plans

Trigatum, the franchisee for KFC in Spain, expressed their enthusiasm about this new venture by stating, “We are very proud to bring the KFC brand to the island of Fuerteventura for the first time. Our goal is to continue working to expand KFC’s presence in the Canary Islands, putting our restaurants closer to all those people who want to visit us.” This opening brings the total number of KFC restaurants in the Canary Islands to 11, with locations previously set up in Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, and Tenerife.
