Aliseda, a company controlled by the investment fund Blackstone, has sold 11 million square meters of land in Fuerteventura, which have yet to be registered. The property registry has suspended the inscription of these plots due to a legal dispute currently being reviewed by the Audiencia. Among the lots involved is a parcel designated for urban development near Costa de Antigua. The real estate firm continues to have over 60 properties available for sale across the island. Fuerteventura, known for its stunning beaches and outdoor activities, remains a popular destination for both tourists and investors.
