This August, ARK Living is set to unveil its latest co-living property in the vibrant neighborhood of Shoreditch, East London. With a focus on flexible stays, community living, and shared amenities, this new development will feature 194 serviced studios tailored to meet the needs of both short and long-term residents.

The property spans six floors and is designed to cater to a diverse range of lifestyles, making it an attractive option for professionals, students, and anyone seeking a dynamic living environment.
Flexible Living Arrangements
One of the standout features of ARK Shoreditch is its flexible rental agreements. Residents can choose from options ranging from one night to 12 months, with long-stay licenses available for three to 12 months. Short-stay arrangements will accommodate visits of one to 89 nights, utilizing dynamic pricing to ensure affordability and accessibility.

The property will offer a mix of accommodation types, including 162 studios designed for longer stays and 32 short-stay rooms. Studio sizes range from 17 square meters for the Cosy Studios to 25.5 square meters for the larger Urban Studios.
