As the sun sets on Fuerteventura, the island gears up for a vibrant Bank Holiday weekend filled with culture, entertainment, and community spirit. One highlight is the Pine Festivities in Puerto Lajas, where traditional celebrations and family fun await. Saturday features beach activities from 11:00 AM, followed by the lively Verbena del Solajero at 4:00 PM. The festivities continue with live music and a Gran Baile de Taifas at 7:00 PM on Sunday.
Outdoor enthusiasts can take part in the Chilegua Trail in Pájara on Saturday morning. For families looking for indoor entertainment, performances of the children’s play ELARA will be held in Puerto del Rosario and Antigua on both Saturday and Sunday.
