Caleta de Fuste hosted the fifth edition of the Ayuntamiento de Antigua Bola Canaria tournament on August 1, organized by the Club de Bola Canaria Los Cacharros de Antigua. The event attracted a strong participation from teams in Fuerteventura and Lanzarote, creating a competitive yet sportsmanlike atmosphere. In the women’s category, the Tindaya team claimed first place, followed by Mifaya and Salitre. In the men’s category, Tamasite secured victory, with Nazaret de Juan Carlos and Nazaret de Domingo taking second and third places, respectively. Recognition was also given to individuals who contributed to the tournament’s success. Caleta de Fuste is known for its beautiful beaches and vibrant local culture, making it a popular destination on the island of Fuerteventura.
