FESPA Global Print Expo 2026: Unveiling the Latest in Tech Innovations

The FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 is set to take place in the vibrant city of Barcelona, Spain, from May 19 to 22. This event promises to be a pivotal gathering for specialty printers and sign makers, offering a unique platform for networking with industry experts and discovering new avenues for business growth.

Attendees can look forward to an exhibition that showcases the latest innovations across various sectors, including wide-format, digital, screen, and textile printing, as well as signage, personalisation, packaging, and display solutions. This diverse range of offerings ensures that there is something for everyone, whether you’re a seasoned professional or just starting in the industry.

In addition to the main expo, the European Sign Expo will make its return, featuring a wide array of products and solutions tailored for the signage and visual communications sectors. For the first time, WrapFest will be co-located with the event, bringing together the wrap, vinyl, PPF, window tint, architectural interior, and detailing industries. This integration aims to create a more comprehensive experience for attendees, allowing them to explore synergies across different sectors.

Michael Ryan, head of the FESPA Global Print Expo, emphasized the evolving landscape of the specialty print industry. “Over recent years, we’ve seen different trends emerge and businesses enter verticals across the specialty print industry, including textile and apparel, as well as corrugated packaging and display,” he noted. This evolution has led FESPA to introduce new segments like Corrugated and Textile, aimed at supporting businesses already operating in these areas and those looking to enter them.

The European Sign Expo will feature the latest advancements in channel lettering, digital signage, dimensional signage, engraving and etching, LED solutions, and more. Ryan highlighted that visitors will have the opportunity to engage with forward-thinking signage professionals and explore the latest products from exhibitors such as Harmuth CNC-Frästechnik, NSELED, Grupo Woon, and many others.

One of the standout features of the expo will be the Personalisation Experience, where both visitors and exhibitors can delve into the value of customisation. This segment aims to demonstrate how personalisation can enhance customer experiences and drive commercial growth. Attendees will have the chance to connect with industry specialists and brands, including Inkcups, ZSK, OnePrintShop software, and Direct Color Systems.

Rather than merely showcasing products, FESPA 2026 will focus on providing insights and solutions for print, signage, textile, and corrugated applications. Each exhibition hall is designed to facilitate discussions and problem-solving, ensuring that experts in attendance can find actionable solutions to help their businesses thrive in a competitive landscape.

Ryan also mentioned the return of the high-energy World Wrap Masters competition in 2026. Over the first two days, vehicle wrappers from across Europe will compete to wrap a variety of special objects and vehicles. The excitement culminates on days three and four, when regional champions will vie for the title of World Wrap Masters 2026 champion. Attendees can also look forward to live wrapping demonstrations led by industry experts, providing invaluable insights into the art and science of vehicle wrapping.

Moreover, visitors can participate in three free-to-attend Conference Programmes within the Corrugated, WrapFest, and Global Print Expo events. These expert-led sessions will cover a range of topics, including print, signage, textile, personalisation, wrapping, and corrugated solutions. Attendees will gain insights into the latest trends and opportunities, as well as what the future holds for businesses in these dynamic fields.
