This tournament will feature cadet, youth, and senior categories, allowing a variety of participants to engage in this celebrated sport known throughout the islands.
The competition format includes a single round for the senior category of lucha corrida, emphasizing skill and strategy. The first event will take place on Thursday, February 26, at the Ulpiano Rodríguez Pérez arena in Tías, starting at 7:30 PM for the youth category. The senior matches will follow at 8:30 PM, where Tías Cabrera Medina will go up against San Bartolomé Graficame Faycan Automoción.
Friday promises more action at the Luis Montero Barreto arena in Haría, featuring a face-off between Unión Norte Opel Orvecame and Tao Cicar in the same two categories. Meanwhile, the first round will conclude on Saturday night at Emilio Machín in Uga, where Unión Sur Yaiza Finca de Uga will challenge Tinajo Elecmor.
