During the inauguration of the 38th edition of the Agricultural, Livestock, and Fishing Fair of Fuerteventura (FEAGA 2026), special tributes were paid to the commissioners of coastal livestock from Antigua and Betancuria, along with the recognized Designation of Origin (DOP) for Queso Majorero. Additionally, the fair celebrated the thirty-year anniversary of the Queso Majorero Regulatory Council, emphasizing the importance of maintaining quality in local cheese production.
