A New Era for Garden Hotel Group in the Canary Islands

Nestled in the stunning surroundings of Fuerteventura, the first hotel of the Garden Hotel Group in the Canary Islands is making waves. Owned by Lobos Bahía Club S.A (Grupo Lobos), this hotel has a rich history, having opened its doors in 1990. Over the years, it has undergone several repositioning efforts, ultimately establishing itself as a four-star reference point within the vibrant hotel landscape of the region.

A Transition to Distinction

Currently featuring 288 well-appointed rooms, the hotel will temporarily operate under a white-label management arrangement. However, there’s substantial optimism surrounding its future. Miguel Ramis from the expansion division of Garden Hotel Group stated, “After the renovation, we aim to turn it into one of the most emblematic assets of our Garden Hotel & Resort brand.” This ambitious vision showcases the company’s commitment to providing a premium experience while enhancing the hotel’s legacy.

Impressive Amenities Await Guests

Once the refurbishment is completed, guests can anticipate an array of top-notch amenities. The hotel boasts three outdoor swimming pools, spacious sun loungers, a well-equipped gym, and tennis courts, ensuring plenty of options for both relaxation and recreation. Additionally, guests can indulge their taste buds at two restaurants and unwind at two lively bars, making it a perfect destination for leisure and socializing.

Comprehensive Renovation Plans Unveiled

Ramis has outlined extensive plans for the renovation, which include modernizing the existing rooms and implementing a new landscaping project. This will include integrating native vegetation, significantly enhancing the hotel’s visual appeal and harmony with the local environment. New service offerings under the Selected brand, enhanced sports facilities, a trendy splash zone for families, and a complete overhaul of food and beverage options that align with Garden’s gastronomic concepts are set to elevate the guest experience.
