Special Bus Service for the Festival Fuerteventura en Música
In an effort to enhance the experience for attendees, El Cabildo de Fuerteventura, through the Department of Transport and in collaboration with the concessionary company managing the regular interurban public transport service, is excited to announce the implementation of a special bus service during the Fuerteventura en Música (FEM) festival. Taking place on July 3rd and 4th at the picturesque La Concha beach in El Cotillo, this initiative aims to facilitate easy and convenient travel for festival-goers.
Enhanced Bus Services
The special transport arrangement will supplement the existing bus services, introducing additional trips between Puerto del Rosario, Corralejo, and El Cotillo. The goal is to encourage public transport usage during this vibrant cultural event, promoting sustainability while ensuring that everyone can attend the festival comfortably.
Line 6 Schedule
- From Puerto del Rosario to Corralejo:
- Departures at 21:30, 23:30, 00:15, 02:00, and 02:15.
- From Corralejo to Puerto del Rosario:
- Departures at 22:30, 23:15, 00:30, 01:15, 03:00, 05:45, 06:00, and 06:30.
For those traveling from Puerto del Rosario, a transfer to Line 8 heading to El Cotillo is necessary at the Corralejo Bus Station (located near the Health Center) or at the Bahía Lobos stop.

- From Corralejo to El Cotillo:
- Departures at 22:15, 00:45, 03:15, and 03:30.
- From El Cotillo to Corralejo:
- Departures at 23:30, 02:00, 04:15, 04:30, and 04:45.
Fare Information and Restrictions

Food and drinks are not permitted on the buses, and the use of luggage compartments will not be allowed. The transportation fare will remain affordable: €3.40 for travel between Puerto del Rosario and Corralejo, and €3.10 for trips between Corralejo and El Cotillo. Temporary Change in Cotillo Bus Stops
Given the anticipated heavy traffic during the FEM festival and to ensure safety, the La Ermita stop will be temporarily out of service from 15:00 on Friday, July 3rd, until Monday, July 6th. During this period, services on lines 7 and 8 will stop exclusively at the Preferred Stop in El Cotillo, ensuring that transportation continues smoothly.
