Municipal Support and Construction Updates
The La Oliva City Council has reported receiving €1,416,934.09 from urban planning licensing fees for this project, echoing the unanimous support for the hotel venture. Construction is taking place on a generous 66,352-square-meter plot located within the Corralejo Playa urbanization, providing ample space for the luxury experience envisioned by Anjoca.
The current plans outline a total of two basement levels and three above-ground floors, suggesting a well-thought-out structure that combines both aesthetic allure and functionality.
