Lola García explained the Cabildo’s substantial investment of 53 million euros dedicated to enhancing housing availability in Fuerteventura. The Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands contributes a hefty 6,194,941.03 euros, with an additional 449,597.73 euros from the Cabildo of Fuerteventura.

Each housing unit within the development will vary in size, offering one, two, three, and even four-bedroom options, with one six-bedroom residence also included in the plans. Two of these homes will be specifically adapted for individuals with reduced mobility, ensuring inclusivity in this important project.
