AcroArte 2026: March 13-15 at the Insular Auditorium in Puerto del Rosario

Puerto del Rosario is gearing up to host the fourth edition of the AcroArte Acrobatics Dance Contest on March 13, 14, and 15, 2026. This event has firmly established itself as a highlight on the cultural and sports calendar, designed to bring together artists of all ages and skill levels across various disciplines including Pole Dance, Aerial Hoop, Fabric, Tissue, Straps, Ground, and Trapeze. The festivities will unfold at the Insular Auditorium of Puerto del Rosario, creating a vibrant space dedicated to acrobatic, aerial, and contemporary dance.

Wide Participation and Diverse Disciplines

AcroArte 2026 is expected to see a remarkable level of participation, particularly in the Amateur Pole Dance category, boasting 55 performances and 67 participants. Following closely behind are the Advanced and Professional categories of Pole Dance, which will also showcase exceptional talent. The air disciplines such as Aerial Hoop, Fabric, and Tissue will present dozens of acts across all skill levels, while the Ground category will shine with its creativity and group dynamics — with over 80 participants enrolled solely in the amateur section. The event will also feature the Amateur Trapeze discipline, adding more variety to the lineup.

With a total of 258 performances scheduled, AcroArte 2026 surpasses previous editions, reflecting the growth and solidification of acrobatic dance as a thriving art form, as well as showcasing the high technical and artistic standards of its participants.

Renowned Jury

This edition of AcroArte is proud to present a jury composed of industry heavyweights: Vane Lunática, Rubén Adrián, Nadina de Armas, Diana López, and Elena Cabrera. These esteemed professionals, who hold significant recognition on an international level, will lend their expertise as judges throughout the competition. Their involvement promises to ensure a fair, comprehensive, and specialized evaluation process for all participants.

Institutional Support and Business Collaboration

The IV Edition of the AcroArte Contest is backed by the Cultural Department of the Cabildo Insular de Fuerteventura and the Town Hall of Puerto del Rosario, along with various local businesses.
