He rebuffed the narrow perspective that sees technology merely as a source of entertainment, emphasizing instead its pivotal role as one of the fastest-growing industries globally. “A weekend can spark vocations,” he stated, “but it is continuous public policies that transform those vocations into real opportunities.” Chehaib passionately advocated for youth in the municipality to not just be consumers of technology but active creators, urging for institutional coordination that transcends political affiliations because, as he put it, “technology knows no political colors.”

Yeray Sánchez, one of the event organizers, articulated the significance of the occasion by noting that Fuerteventura marks the third stop of the CGS circuit, following successful events in Gran Canaria (Arucas) and La Palma, and culminating in Tenerife.
