From March 23 to June 30, Fuerteventura will come alive with the flavors and traditions of its local cuisine as the first edition of the Fuerteventura Tapas Route takes center stage. A jury will then taste the finalists and award gold, silver, and bronze prizes for the best cold and hot tapas in each municipality. The “Tapa Platino,” chosen from all the gold winners, will represent Fuerteventura in the National Pinchos Competition in Valladolid.
